Your customer number is written on the temporary Museum Card, or it can be found in the digital gift e-mail or text message, or in the letter sent by the ticket service. If you bought your personal Museum Card from the
Museot.fi webstore, you are already registered as a user. Your information has been provided during your purchase.
The actual, embossed Museum Card will be sent to your address within 1–3 weeks of registration. The cards are made and mailed automatically based on the information given, which means the holder’s name cannot be changed after the fact. While you’re waiting for your card to arrive, you can use your customer ID number to visit museums.
Save it on your phone for convenience, for example.
Please note: For technical reasons, the actual Museum Card can only be mailed to addresses in Finland. If you do not have an address here, we would still recommend registering an account with us. Your information will be saved in our system, so you will be able to visit our museums with your customer ID number.
